Finding Jack Kerouac was shot on film, on a miniscule budget in 16 days. The producers and crew and cast were still able to pull off 23 locations and 93 pages of script.

Working sets included a train, a car and several bars and restaurants. Locations included Greenville, SC, Atlanta Ga. and New York City.
